Meridith is the NSW Project Officer for Adelaide University. She works with NSW schools to provide training for teachers learning to implement digital technologies. She also continues her work as a teacher to maintain connections with the curriculum and needs of teachers. Meridith is accredited as an Apple Teacher and an Apple Teacher in Swift Playground.

Meridith has experience teaching students K-10 and she is an experienced facilitator of adult workshops, with experience working in both school and corporate environments.

Successful projects and skills include: 
  • Consultant to NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Education Consultant STEM, Digital Technologies, technical writer, GATS, Makerspaces, Curriculum
  • Speaker at conferences on education, digital technologies, pedagogy.
  • Technical writer and course developer for Educational platforms and providers
  • Supervised the rollout of laptops and GSuite, including logistics, teacher training, implementation in classrooms and digital citizenship, 2019
  • Development and rollout of a K-6 Digital Citizenship Program, 2019.
  • Developed and facilitated a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) program for
    ​Stage 2.
  • Developed a new elective for year 8 in computational thinking using a blended format, face to face and online.
  • Developed courses, applied and gained approval for a school to be registered for professional development for All Standard Descriptors of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers at the level of Proficient Teacher. 
  • Facilitation of training for 800 students and 80 staff to sign into GSuite.
  • Development and rollout of a K-12 Digital Citizenship Program, 2012.
  • Teaching with superclasses, project based learning, STEM, collaboration tools.
  • Establishment and facilitation of a beginners and advanced coding club for 8 years. 
  • Introduction of coding to teach maths concepts and literacy in Stage 2.
  • Development of lessons to differentiate maths in yr 1 using iPads.​
